Terms of the Promotion – Review & Win €25 Cashback

1. The draw takes place every month during the first week.
2. Every customer who writes a product review via the official review platform of Judge.me (you will receive an automatic email about this) or via Google Reviews automatically participates in that month’s draw.
   
3. To participate, you must be subscribed to our newsletter.
4. Each month, 1 winner is randomly chosen from all valid reviews posted in the previous month.
5. The winner receives €25 cashback, paid back to the original payment method of the order.
6. The cashback is deducted from the purchase amount. If the order is (partially) returned, the cashback will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.
7. Novaline reserves the right to change or end the promotion at any time.
8. Participation is free of charge.

 

Additional conditions for Google Reviews.

1. To participate via Google Reviews, the review must be traceable to an order (for example, by name and/or email address used to place the order).
2. If we cannot link the review to an actual order, participation will be void. In some cases, a screenshot of the posted review may be requested for confirmation.
